My name is Faith, I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2011 and have been serving the Myrtle Beach area under the name Sage Wellness for over a decade. I am driven by the desire to improve the way you experience your own body and to offer a reprieve from the seemingly constant stressors of life. After many years of practice and study, I have acquired a variety of skills including relaxation, deep tissue, athletic recovery, hot stones, cupping, and traditional Thai massage. Every session with me is treated with importance in an unhurried, attentive, sensitive manner. This is a space for letting go, releasing tension, and receiving quality therapy from a skilled practitioner who is equipped to work with a variety of needs. I look forward to meeting and working with you towards your goals.

How long is each session?
Each session is a full 60 minutes of hands-on time. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment so that we can begin promptly on time.
What is your level of experience?
I have been practicing massage therapy for over a decade and have continued my education every year to expand my knowledge and skill base to assist in reducing stress, promoting muscular recovery, and managing pain brought on by physical and mental tension. I am trained in Thai massage, deep tissue, sports recovery, dry cupping, and select spa experiences.

Yes, I offer gift certificates for purchase. For the most convenient option, purchase the eGift Certificate online. I do not have a receptionist available in office to assist with in person purchases.
